Sometimes it really is the small things in life. Today I am super happy because I have been productive at home and at work. My mum let me know that the Celebroty Pottery Throw Down series has finished, so that's ready for me to binge. I've got a delicious meal almost ready for me to eat and appreciate, plus a gorgeous dessert. And my latch hook kit arrived just in time for me to start watching The Celebrity Pottery Throw Down. It really does just feel like I'm in a flow state and everything is coming up roses 🌹 Your lived experience with #IBD matters, and healthcare researchers need to hear it!
