Healing trauma: Feeling like I’m not enough

There's a charity bag collection tomorrow morning, so what better time to start going through what's in my spare room storage boxes? Sometimes it really is the small things in life. Today I am super happy because I have been productive at home and at work. My mum let me know that the Celebroty Pottery Throw Down series has finished, so that's ready for me to binge. I've got a delicious meal almost ready for me to eat and appreciate, plus a gorgeous dessert. And my latch hook kit arrived just in time for me to start watching The Celebrity Pottery Throw Down. It really does just feel like I'm in a flow state and everything is coming up roses 🌹 Your lived experience with #IBD matters, and healthcare researchers need to hear it! I know I'm two days late for #WorldOstomyDay, but when you live with a #stoma, timing isn't always in your control! 🙈 This week, I feel like I'm in need of something to soothe my soul, so now I've finished work, I'm sitting down with a ceremonial cacao, watching a series I just started watching called outlaws, trying to learn embroidery. Happy autumn equinox! 🍂 Just because I've not shared any pictures of "the babies" for the last five months 🐾🥰 Hospital admissions and #MedicalTrauma leave a mark long after you walk out the doors. Another swap on the mission to reduce microplastics in our home/body! 🔪 Hoping the algorithm will help me reach my people!🤞 I used to have 6K+ connections on Insta, until I was hacked!
