If you start reading my post and it doesn’t resonate with you, it’s not for you. And that’s OK! It’s not all about you… THANK YOU so much to everyone who has sent images or requested the information. We've had lots already and have many more on the way, so I'll be turning the comments off now. I think we have plenty to be getting on with 🥰 Activation warning ⚠️ Part 2: Morphine #overdose in-patient experience. Activation warning: In-patient traumatic experience #IBD and food fear: What the latest research tells us https://advocatinghealth.com/2026/02/26/ibd-and-food-fear-latest-research/ One of the first questions I had after my #stoma surgery was whether I'd ever be able to lie on my front again. It's #EndometriosisAwarenessMonth, and I'm talking about the frustrating diagnostic loop that so many of us find ourselves stuck in. When you live with #ChronicPain in the pelvic or abdominal area, getting a clear diagnosis often feels like a game of ping-pong between specialists. A memory popped into my head yesterday, that made me feel really icky.
