Happy autumn equinox! 🍂 Just because I've not shared any pictures of "the babies" for the last five months 🐾🥰 Hospital admissions and #MedicalTrauma leave a mark long after you walk out the doors. Another swap on the mission to reduce microplastics in our home/body! 🔪 Hoping the algorithm will help me reach my people!🤞 I used to have 6K+ connections on Insta, until I was hacked! I'd love to be able to reconnect! 💕 A quick heads-up to anyone who ever buys or plans on buying us presents… 🎁🫣 I’ve spent the last few weeks completely overhauling my home to clear out microplastics. Intestinal blockage aftermath... I’ve switched to an anti-inflammatory Mediterranean diet recently, but adapting it to suit my specific restrictions (intestinal strictures from surgeries) has been a lot to get my head around! 😵‍💫 Life has been a bit chaotic lately! Between the additional tasks of researching and publishing new articles for IBD Science, doing separate dog walks every morning to work on individual behavioural issues (Loki is a barker and Aragorn is a puller!), and a vet visit for Lady’s cheek infection, my energy has been stretched! https://www.instagram.com/p/Db7xtK1sGss/
