I used to be an avid reader of IBD and ostomy blogs. Some lifestyle changes and hobbies have meant that I haven’t delved in for a while. This morning, I opened all of the 28 IBD blogs I have in a bookmark folder. This is what I found:

- A blog, at last! Recommending a diet – boo!
- This site can’t be reached
- Last post – 7 months ago
- Last post – 4 yrs ago
- Looks like this domain isn’t connected to a website yet
- This site can’t be reached
You get the picture, I’m sure… I removed the broken links, leaving me with 18 blogs. In reality, only 4 are regularly updated.
A further 10 ostomy blogs revealed that none of those are being regularly updated either!
Obviously, it’s time for a new search and save session!
